We're seeking talented professionals to fill two key roles in our finance department. If you're passionate about accounting and financial analysis, we want to hear from you!

General Accountant (GA)

Are you a detail-oriented accountant looking to take on a pivotal role in our daily financial operations? We need someone who can:

• Manage invoice processing and monthly bank payments
• Handle sales invoices and monitor timely collections
• Perform accurate bookkeeping using our accounting software
• Prepare monthly financial statements with precision
• Handle tax declarations and identify potential risks
• Maintain organized document storage, both physical and digital
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banks

The ideal candidate will have:

• A university degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in foreign companies
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Fluency in English (Japanese language skills are a plus)

Senior Financial Analyst (FA)

We're looking for an experienced financial professional to take on a strategic role in our team. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and managing yearly CAPEX and OPEX budgets
• Optimizing cash flow management
• Collaborating on financial data analysis and monthly projections
• Handling banking relationships, including FX and interest rate matters
• Advising on process improvements and automation solutions
• Overseeing the General Accountant's work
• Coordinating with external auditors and our HQ finance team

The perfect fit for this role will have:

• Approximately 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance (male candidates preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency
• Effective multitasking skills
• Fluency in English (Japanese language skills are a plus)
